These are just some of the questions we get asked regularly however if you have any other questions or queries for us please don't hesitate to drop us a message. We will always do our best to answer and accommodate any requests.

Where are you based and do you travel?


We are based in Colchester, Essex but are very happy to travel. Just let us know where you're based when you send us a message and we will let you know if this is possible.


How long after the wedding will it be before we receive our photos?


We always aim to get your online gallery to you within 6 weeks of your wedding. During particularly busy periods in the summer it can be up to 8 weeks but this is rare and we will keep you updated. For every wedding we also create a highlights gallery within 3 days of your wedding for you to download and share.

How do we deliver your photos?


Once we have edited your photos we will send you a password protected link to your online gallery. Here you can download your photos at full resolution as well as share the link with whomever you wish. If you'd like a personalised USB with your gallery on please send us a message and this can be arranged.

How many photos will you receive?


This is a tricky question to answer as the amount of images depends very much on each couples day. We take photos throughout the entire day, except for when you're eating! as well as the big moments we also take a lot of candid photos but the amount varies greatly depending on number of guests, length of your wedding etc. We will always send you as many photos as possible that we feel reflect your day. With two photographers we usually average between 400-800 fully edited photos.

What happens in the event we can't make your wedding?


Very fortunate to be able to say this is yet to ever happen. In the event that this does happen however and one of us cannot make it due to sickness or emergency, we have a close circle of highly trusted photographers we would request to second shoot. In the very unlikely scenario that neither of us could make it we would send associate shooters on the day and complete the editing and delivery of your gallery ourselves as normal.



What happens if you need to cancel?


We ask for a 15% deposit on booking to secure your date. We then ask for full payment to be made at least one month prior to your wedding day. If you need to cancel or move your wedding before or after the final balance is due for reasons beyond your control we return your deposit and any of the balance you have paid. If the cancellation is within your control or you need to change the date after the final balance has been paid, we will endeavor to commit to the new date wherever possible. If it is not possible for us to move to the new date we keep the 15% deposit but return the rest of the balance.
